Thomas Campbell Thomas Campbell is a founder and principal of Thorobird Companies LLC. Thomas serves as on the Albany Budget and the New York City Budget Committees of the New York State Association for Affordable Housing. He sits on the Board of Governors of the Fahari Academy Charter School as heads its Facilities Committee. A graduate of the Colgate University, he holds both a B.A. in Economics and is an active Member of the Colgate Real Estate Club of New York. He also has a MBA in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School. John English John English has a Civil Engineering degree from McGill University and has worked for over five years in engineering consulting in the fields of building redevelopment and green building design. As a building redevelopment consultant, John managed a range of capital expenditure projects across all asset class. As a green building designer, he directed architects and developers on how to implement the LEED rating system. A professional engineer and LEED accredited professional, John is a 2011 graduate of Columbia Business School where he focused on Real Estate Finance. Rochelle Ballard Rochelle leads the Firm’s Project Management initiatives. Rochelle has five years of experience in Real Estate Securitizations, starting her career at UBS Investment Bank where she managed Institutional relationships for the firm's top-tier clients. Most recently, Rochelle transitioned to a boutique firm, Braver Stern Securities, where she advises money managers, insurance companies, hedge funds and Mortgage REIT funds on Mortgage and Commercial Backed Securities investments. She graduated cum laude from Georgetown University and holds a BSBA with a concentration in Finance. Danielle Monroe Danielle is a Development Finance Associate. She leverages over five years experience in finance having done administration of hedge funds and other alternative assets such as real estate. Most recently, Danielle work with Alliance Bernstein, as an Account Manager in their Hedge Fund group after being with HSBC’s Alternative Fund Services Group for five years working as a Fund Accountant. Danielle has a bachelor of arts in Accounting from Baruch College. Shonda Redd Ms. Redd serves as Executive Assistant to the managing member. A native of New York City, Ms. Redd leverages a 10-year career in administrative services and specializes in organizational management and client service. She is an invaluable member the Thorobird Team. |
