South Harlem, New York City
The South Harlem Cornerstone Project consists of seven separate building sites in the West Harlem neighborhood of New York City. We are currently developing three of the seven sites as mixed-use affordable housing rental retail and the remaining four sites will be affordable condominium buildings. The project will consist of 137,619 total square feet of area with 99,937 for 107 affordable housing units. The balance of the project will be ancillary community and retail space.
